These terms apply when you use our website, our software (such as BMS, Restaurant POS, Stock, BT Live, BT Gates, bbtech IT Care and the cloud phone system) or our custom software services. bbtech software is a brand of Bluebell Technologies, India.

1. Our services

We provide ready software on a subscription, and custom software built to an agreed written scope. What is included, the price and the timeline are set out in your quote or order.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the people you give access to and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

3. Trials

Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan or stop.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are given in your quote, in the agreed currency (for example AED, SAR, QAR, GBP, EUR, USD or INR). Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Custom projects are billed as agreed in the quote, usually in parts. Payments are made by card or online payment through our payment partner, or by bank transfer. Taxes are added where they apply.

5. Delivery

All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped. Ready software is delivered by giving you a login, usually within 1 to 3 working days of payment or sign-up. Custom software is delivered online as agreed in the quote.

6. Your data

The data you put into our software belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service, and we keep each customer's data separate. You can ask for a copy of your data at any time. See our Privacy policy.

7. Custom software

When a custom project is fully paid, the code made specially for you is yours. Our own ready products and shared parts stay ours; you get the right to use them for your business.

8. Fair use

Do not use our software for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to harm others. We may pause an account that does this.

9. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period already paid. See our Refund and cancellation policy.

10. Liability

We work carefully, but software can have faults. We fix problems in a reasonable time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Big changes are told to customers by email.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
